Sounds like you need the skills of a medical professional St_Anger. Get thee to the doctor and see what he says.

One good thing to do which has been recommended for some time, is to make sure that periodically you get up from your computer and give your eyes a rest. I generally try to do this about once every two hours, if not more often, for at least 15 minutes.
Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one should be silent.

I'd do this, and I do this often.

When I'm on the computer for long periods of time greater than 1 hour. I usualyl look away as often as I can to rest my eyes. I do this out of habbit.

Like I'll look off to the side while typing, cause as long as you know the keyboard well and you know what your typing, then there is no reason to look at the screen whil typing.

Also before you start a game it would be wise to talk a 5 minute walk to rest your eyes for the game and to go to the bathroom.

LAST EDIT: No more edits.
