Total Pc Defender 2010

I have been infected with total pc defender 2010, I think it was associated with a youtube video that was sent to me by one of my customers. I have tried to run Malware but it will not let it do scan, it will start for three seconds and then stop. I have tried to download rkill but internet explorer cannot display page...thank in advance for anyones help... :thumbsup:

hello, a customer of mine just got this as well. malware bytes didn't find it. i went into regedit and searched for the keys and deleted them. then run super anti spyware.
