Hello To All,

I'm New to Bleeping Computers and My computer is in need of some serious help I do believe. Considering I just opened a log report (where the heck it came from who know's, certainly not me) and it is showing a date of 07/03/2010 yet my date and time is accurate... What the heck??!! Oh wait, maybe it means 03/07/2010 ??? I don't know... Anyway, I have retsoredmy computer so many times thinking that it would help my start menu as well as my Windows Vista OS but it doesn't / hasn't. I think i've almost pretty much killed my poor computer. I'm hoping someone could give me some insight as to how I can bring it back to a normal state (slow start up, slow at going to the internet... etc.) I've ran virus / malware scans and nothing so I'm really at a loss..

So, If anyone can teach me, I'm here to learn....

Have a Super Evening!

Hello Brenda and welcome to Bleeping Computer.

Please take the time to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the board works.

Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials.
There's a lot of very useful information, in there.

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits
