Hello, I have read through and tried following the written guide to removing the XP or Vista Guardian virus. However when I attempt to load mbam, the program does not run. I must use rkill in order to download the program. However upon loading, mbam does not start automatically, and when attempting to activate manually, the mbam.exe file is missing and the machine gives me the browse option. Some help would be much appreciated on getting past this step!
