I'm not sure if the quality will be what you want but have you tried VirtualDub?

VirtualDub can do that. You flag the start and end point of the section you are interested in and then export the images in one hit.

Can you convert the files to AVI or something else that VirualDub can read.

I think that Any Video Converter can do the conversion.

i have total 32 videos, more than 5.00 GB in size..........doing conversion would be very difficult , time consuming and also it decreases quality of videos

I AM USING GOM PLAYER TO PLAY VIDEO FILES...SONGS, MOVIES etc....

AND IT HAS A FEATURE TO TAKE SCREENSHOTS OF EACH FRAME OF VIDEO ("BURST CAPTURE")

SCREENSHOTS:

BUT IT HAS 1 PROBLEM .. GOM PLAYER TAKES SCREENSHOTS OF ORIGINAL SIZE OF VIDEO SCREEN (e.g 800*600 OR 1024*768 etc....)...IT IS UNABLE TO TAKE SCREENSHOTS OF VIDEO WHEN YOU STRETCHED VIDEO TO FULL SCREEN

You could resize the pictures later to whatever size you want using something like this: http://www.faststone.org/index.htm

Xfire lets you take video, full screen and whatever, as long as your computer can handle it.

Of course, its mostly for games, so I'm not sure if you can do it outside of games it supports.
