Is it a laptop or desktop?
If either try this...
1. Control Panel
2. Power Options
3. Click on change plan settings for whatever plan you are using
4. Click "Change Advanced Power settings"
5. The click "Change settings that are currently unavalible" You should get a UAC box
6. Click okay in the UAC box
7. Then look through all of the tabs until you see something that says if doing (Blank) then dont sleep or put into sleep after (blank)

Is anything running that can possibly interfere with the settings?

Oh well ignore the part with the "Change settings that are currently unavalible" but look through. But if it works at one hour but not two that wont help you i misunderstood your question.
