Trying to remove DR guard

Hello all i am trying to remove DR guard spyware i downloaded the tdsskiller and tried to install it to run it and it keeps asking me to choose a program to run it with. its like it wont let me install it. i tried it on another pc without the virus and it installed and ran just fine. any help with this would be great

Hello I am moving this from XP to Am I Infected..

Try this then use the Guide hamluis referrenced.
Post the new scan log and tell us how it is running.
