Chrome wont load a page, not eve a New Tab page, or the history page.. I've reinstald 2-3 times so far, but is still the same..

I use Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0

Google Chrome version unknown (38071)

Operating System: Windows Xp SP3

I turned off Kaspersky, I reinstalled Chrome again and again, Cleaned up the registry, Reinstalled Java, and turn off the ActiveX controls, nothing again..
From msconfig turned off all the programs and processes that I don't need at startup..
Don't know what to do next..((
I also tried to start Chrome from "safe mode" and again "Aww snap!!"..

Some ideas for what may cause this?!
