Hi -
My partner's Thinkpad has XP Pro SP3. Trying to log-on to her ISP produces the alert "Managed MAPI service; catastrophic failure. file or assembly name I.R.I.S MAPI message store or one of its dependencies was not found."
This is accompanied by an OK button which if clicked several times disappears. Any ideas as to what is happening?
