I have not been able to access my Yahoo Mail for about three weeks. After spending countless hours with Yahoo Help online, someone from Yahoo finally called me. After running various checks and scenarios, resetting my password and testing my account from the Yahoo's end, it was determined that I must have a BROWSER REDIRECT problem, most likely caused by malware. Lavasoft Ad-Aware and Norton scans have not picked up anything. Any ideas on what I should do next?
