i get this message after i come back from the blue screen reboot

I was recently infected with vista antispyware 2010, and ive been able to kill most of it, but i still get search redirects and i think it screwed up my hardware in some cases (like, device manager goes bonkers and refreshes every 2 seconds)

i would go into more detail if i could but im afraid i might get restarted again!

any help - HUGELY appreciated - thanks
