XP Recovery Console Dissapeared

Dear Sir ,
I would like to help me , when i use combofix & and install recovery console ... it adds recovery console at start up & if i delete this option from boot.ini file & try to use win xp ... it doesn't give me repair option on first step & even on second step ....
Plz. Inform me how can return it back when i use the CD Windows XP ....
should i must unselect installation of recovery console when i use the combofix ....
Plz. Help me
