Hey. I'm a resident tech in Staples "Easy Tech" department. Basically it means I'm the only one who actually knows what goes on inside computers in the store. Because we are very limited (as in limited to only using the "Norton Technician Toolkit" off a flash drive) in what programs we can use, I am often Googling problems that can't be fixed with what we have, bluescreen error codes, etc..., and I more often than not end up finding a post on this site that answers my question.
Looking forward to learning more here than at work :-P
