All of a sudden my desktop icons are not working.
All I get when I click on them is the same as if I right clicked on desktop.

What could it be???

An hour ago I was able to open CCleaner. Now I cant open any of the program icons.

I've seen it happen on a failed install of Norton Systemworks. Chances are Ccleaner cleaned a bit too much?

I keep a Norton Systemworks disk around - it will usually restore shortcuts and desktop icons and the like, using WinDoctor.

Thanks Herk. Shrug, they are working now.
I do not have Norton Systemworks.

I only have CCleaner clean "Windows" And I do not even use the "Advanced" option of "Windows" cleaning.

There is something odd I have noticed about my CCleaner though.
Out of the last three times I looked at "Issues" (Mind you I just took a peek lol)
The first two times nothing was found. Which seems strange. Because there is always something showing.

Then last night it found tons of stuff.
I am thinking of going through them all. After I create a reg backup first.
