hello folks
i am sorry in advanced for posting this in the wrong area if i did. i posted here because of personal security.

i have my buddies comp and need help. its a win xp pro with what appears to be personal security on it. i have looked at the guide that was created on it but still can not do anything. i cant even get on to msconfig to check startup (not sure if its related) also i get the blue screen a problem had been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage. technical info: 0x000000f4 (0x00000003, 0xff81a8b0,0xff81aa24, 0x805fb066)

i tried rkill and everything on the guide. i am at a loss. i have no idea what to do.
