atapi.sys infected with win32/patched.ch

avg resident shield reported that i'm infected with win32/patched.ch. the file identified is atapi.sys. not sure what to do.

You have a topic in the log forum here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/298986/hjt-log-file/ to which you have received a response. Please follow the instructions provided and keep all responses concerning this issue to that topic by using the Add Reply button.
