I have two rogue security softwares infecting my computer.

The names are Antivirus Soft and I think Internet Security?

Rkill doesn't work in the normal mode, even when I try to bypass the virus by trying to active rkill while the "This application is infected" message is up.
When I put rkill and malwarebytes on a USB from another computer, it still would not work on the infected computer.

In fact, most if not all .exe files don't work.
They won't open or they're closed with a message about it being infected.

When I start the computer in Safe Mode With Networking, rkill doesn't show that it's stopping anything in the results notepad.
And when I run MalwareBytes (in Safe Mode With Networking) it doesn't catch anything at all; the results at the 30 minute scan are 0 viruses found.
I'm sure I'm using the right account when I enter Safe Mode With Networking.

I have encountered these types of infections before and the self-help guides worked fine, but not this time.

Can I get some advice on this problem please?

I had the Antivirus Soft and rkill got it out, the problem that I had was that the rkill would not stay open long enough, out of frustration I kept clicking on it and opening it a whole bunch of times, then, as all the black rkill windows started to close one by one, one stayed open, run, and got Antivirus Soft out in 5 seconds, this might work for you. Now I am dealing with the other virus myself but do not know the answer. Good luck.
