This is a request to reopen a previous thread/initiate new help. I apologize, I wasn't able to reply and fix the problem earlier.

I was told to contact an HJT person to continue to receive your help.

Here is the URL to my earlier thread:

Since these postings I have tried running Combofix. It wouldn't open. Doulble click/press enter and nothing happens.

I noticed you added the GMER program. It wouldn't open. Doulble click/press enter and nothing happens.

I have access to taskmgr now on both guest account and a new account I created.

Thanks again for your wonderful service.

Given the incredible length of time involved between the original topic closed in Oct. of 2009 and now, March of 2010, it would be best to start anew with a fresh topic.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<==

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then post back here and we will provide you with further instructions.
