Hi,
I ran into your helpful arms once before, a long time ago. I don't usually ask for help until I tried all I could (and know) on my own, but desperation is on horizon.

I downloaded a video using WMRecorder and I was left with a file that would play only in MPlayer. I want to convert it to a more accessible format, and ideally into DVD. I tried numerous software but none worked. I ran the file through Mediainfo and here are the details.

Container and general information:
OGG: 507 MiB, 2h 21 mn
1 video stream: Theora
1 audio stream: Vorbis

Writing application: ffmpeg2theora-0.25+svn16608

It's odd to me that in the file properties it says it is(.mp3) type of file.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

tnx,
Rags

According to their site: http://theora.org/

It is in the same class as MPEG-4/DiVX

According to this site: http://wiki.xiph.org/index.php/TheoraSoftwareEncoders
MediaCoder should take care of it.
