I have a Compac F500 this is running Vista that has gotten a dose of malware. Regular methods ( AVG and Malwearbytes) of removal have not worked. Any time I try to download any type of cleaning system, it prevents me. Is there any way I can DL a program from another computer to a jump drive and then load it into the affected machine? Also, it has done something to my internet explorer s that my virus software won't update. Any help would be appreciated.
