I'm trying to make an online booking on a ferry website but every time I try I get the message 'Online Booking - The System is Temporarily Unavailable'. I emailed the ferry company who advised that their booking sytem is operating correctly. They gave me the the following link to use:
http://www.calmacbookings.co.uk/booking/asp/web090.asp

However, when I use it the 'unavailable' message comes up and the URL changes to http://www.calmacbookings.co.uk/booking/asp/jserror.html .
Don't know if this is relevant but the Error console shows the following '' Error: urchinTracker is not defined
Source File: http://www.calmac.co.uk/Online-Booking.html Line: 121 ''

I'm using Windows XP and Firefox version 3.6. Javascript is enabled and cookies are accepted. Protection is via McAfee Security Centre.

I use online booking, banking and purchasing systems regularly and this is the only website I have a problem with.
Help in fixing this would be gratefully received. Thanks very much.
