I just set up a PC for one of my users. It's an Acer Veriton M261, approximately 18 months old. I'm re-deploying it from another location. It has 6 USB ports, 2 in front, 4 in the rear.

When I try to plug a USB device (any USB device) into any one of the USB ports, nothing happens.

I looked in Device Manager, and there are no USB devices listed.

I went to Acer's website, and there is no USB driver listed.

Any idea how I can get these ports to show up?

Should be part of drivers package, http://support.acer.com/drivers_download.aspx. My guess is that it's included in the chipset drivers.
