Hello.
Just got a new computer with Windows 7 on it. Love it so far, but one small problem. I like to have my "Recycle Bin" right up next to my task bar, in the lower right hand side. I always had it there in XP, but in 7 it won't go any closer then about an inch & a half above my task bar. Is there a setting or a "Tweak" program that would let me move it where I want it?
Thanks,
Ghpr57

Hmmm....sounds like it might have something to do with the spacing between icons.

Could you please post a screenshot of your desktop?

I have an idea of how to go about fixing it, but I want to see exactly what it is doing before we start.

Can you place any other icons near the taskbar (besides the Recycle Bin), or are all icons affected?

keyboardNinja,
Found a fix...and it's so simple, Duh! Right click anywhere on desktop, select "View", uncheck "Align icons to grid" and that took care of it. Someone in another forum I posted at gave me the answer.
Thanks for your time,
