You can try these steps:
Make a restore point
1. Download malwarebytes anti-malware here
2. If the virus won't let you run malwarebytes anti-malware just go to the malwarebytes anti-malware folder and rename mbam.exe to muhaha.exe
3. If you didn't update malwarebytes anti-malware do so now
4. Scan full scan
5. Wait
6. Your clock goes tick-tock.
7. :flowers:
8. It's done scanning now remove the naughty virus and send it to quarantine!
9. Reboot
10. Now just scan your computer for rootkits with a good anti-rootkit program
11. Remove rootkit
12. Reboot
13. Your computer is bling-bling now
14. Victory :trumpet:
15. Wait one more thing
16. Delete all of your system restore points
17. Victory :inlove:
18. Say "I HATE MALWARE" to the world

IT guys or "trained" guys would be more help. =P
