Ok, so I've looked over numerous guides, and they either say, A. Run malware bytes or spyware doctor, which I can't because I can't open .exes. Or, they say go into regedit through command prompt, delete this entry, kill this process in taskmanager, and search for and delete this file.

Problem, only like 2 of the registry entries that were supposed to be there, were there, only 1 of the processes, and none of the files I was supposed to search for. I deleted everything I could find, but I still can't open any programs. Help?

Hello ,please follow the Automated Removal Instructions for Antivirus System Pro from our Guide I don't think you have used this one yet).
This link >> Remove Antivirus System Pro (Uninstall Guide)

Please post the scan log from the guide and tell us how its running now.

The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows MBAM's database version and your operating system.
