On attempting to update this message is received.
"Live update could not retreive the catalog file of available Symantec product updates. Please check that your connection to the internet is functioning correctly & retry liveupdate"
This message is always received despite any amount of various timed liveupdate attempts.
They are running Win XP SP 2 on an ASRock K7S41GX Motherboard with 486 MB memory
