Hello,

Since you are still experiencing issues after going through the removal guide, please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<==

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then post back here and we will provide you with further instructions.

Ive tried the GMER twice. Once in safe mode once in regular windows. Both times the computer has locked up. The last time I let it run for many hours it was finally done but was locked up and I couldnt save the file. Any suggestions.

Hello,

Don't worry about the GMER log. If you were able to produce the DDS logs, please create the new topic and post them there. Please also describe what happened when you tried to create the GMER log.
