hello all
i have some problems in downloading :thumbsup:
after waiting for 2 hours to download and you are ready to install
everything just fade away.. :trumpet:
you cant install it because you have a problem ..some times in programes ..some times in secure system :flowers:
some times turn your computer off and try to install it again..
i really dont know what is the real problem
can you help me please?
i will be very thankful for that

What are you installing?

hey thank you very much for replying me
sometimes video..songs ..programmes like msn
but i cant install it for the previous problems and i really dont know why?

Are you installing it from the web? Or downloading it to your PC and installing it?

And if it does Do you save the Program on Desktop before opening?

Where does it actually go WRONG at download or at end where it tells you to Install?

well...yes i dont have problems before i download
the only problems come when i am ready to install..at the end :flowers:
i usually save it on the desktop..although i have all the programmes to run it
but still having the same problem..i cant open it if it was a video or install it if it was a porgramme
so any help from you please?

sure i'll but i'm not installing anything at the moment i'll give it to you next time
i have to mention something to you:-
i'm not installing from the main websites i usually use some links to get what i want..
by useing engines search for instance yohoo or google..

So you double click that file and it starts the process of downloading and installing Yahoo messenger, you get that message when its done or while the second download is happening?

What anti-virus are you running? This is starting to sound like an OS issue and not a networking issue.

i don't know ..i thought it was about something relating to net work problems..
anti-virus>avast
but i sometimes download from computers that dont have anti-viruses at all..when i'm at college by useing wireless net working..and i also have the same problem
