Recently, my HP laptop will not recognize an installed printer. The printer works on my other laptop, so I know it's fine. This problem recently cropped up after I removed a bunch of spyware with AVG FREE 8.5. My suspicion is that the printer drivers in the laptop have been corrupted and need to be reloaded. This computer runs on Vista, but did not come with repair discs. Can someone send me a link to fix this problem? I assume I can repair either the entire OS, which will also address the driver issue, or maybe just repair the printer drivers themselves. Thank you in advance for your help.
