Try running Ewido again but do it in safe mode this time. Save a log as it is possible that the HJT expert will ask you for it.

Next, update and run Adaware and Spybot Search and Destroy. Run them in safe mode if possible so running aplications won't prevent deletions.
If you don't have both of these anti-malware programs download them from the following sites, install and then update them, and run them in safe mode with the settings to do full scans and fix what they find.

*Spybot S&D: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

If you have any infection after you do the above, it would be time to post a Hijack This log in the proper place in our forum for expert assistance with your malware problems:

Carefully read and follow all directions explicitly.

So, make your post and wait for a response from a team member.
