CPU temperature not available in BIOS

I usually like to check my CPU temperature at boot ups, but recently my bios doesn't show the temperature or fan speeds. I was also using speedfan and it also stopped showing the cpu temps. I can view my GPU info just fine with speedfan.

Motherboard: Intel D945GTP
CPU: Pentium 4 3.2 Prescott 541
Bios: NT94510J.86A.3814.2006.0414.1513
