"Windows cannot access the specific device, path, or file. You may not have the approriate permission to access them"

I get this error message when I try to open anything on my computer. I cannot figure out why and I need HELP.

Anyone have any ideas??

try this ......... Add Take Ownership to right-click menu in Vista, or force the installer to run
as admin by right clicking it and select "Run as administrator" from the
context menu.
