I read somewhere ages ago,that there is a short time frame,in which to get out of a Bad site.

and not get infected.

I thought about 20 seconds.

Is this Fact or Hogwash?

Drive by downloads can be pretty instant. Malware can save itself in side your temporary files and cause damage from there.
