Help-have malware

How can I get rid of the malware Personal Security or worm or whatever it it? I have tried the downloads, etc. can't do it. Thanks.

This removal guide calls for the use of Rkill and Malwarebytes'.

You may be helped by the Troubleshoot section in this tutorial:
How to use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to scan and remove malware from your computer

Make sure you update Malwarebytes'.

Please reply back with the Malwarebytes' scan results.
Copy/paste the ENTIRE CONTENTS of the scan results logs into your next reply.
Also include in your reply what symptoms, if any, you are still experiencing.
If we don't change the direction we are going,
We are likely to end up where we are headed.
