cell phone a problem

hello all
welcome to my new topic
in this topic i would like to tell you about a problem :blink:
i have a cell phone and its a new one..
i bought it in 2009..and it also was manufacutered in 2009
sometimes i lose the sounds and also some messeges that come to my phone...and without being saved..without any reason
so i have to turn it off..after that everythings become to the normal again
so ..any opinion from you please? :wacko:

If your phone's memory is full, then it can happen. What is your phone model ?

try to delete some of the files stored on your phone. :blink:

mine is W595_Sony Ericsson :wacko:
the memory is not the problem because i have some space about 19 MB from phone memory and 734MB from memory card :blink:
and i have tried to delete some files but still ..and it didnt work too
so please do you know what should i do?
i hope that gave you some hints

If your phone has not had the software updated in a while you may check for available updates.
An outdated version of the phone SW can cause the phone to do all manner of strange things.
Some possible options would be under Settings or Tools -- then look for Data, then Update phone or
update firmware or update software. In your search you may run across an option to update data profile which wouldn't hurt to perform that as well.
