i recently download Stedmans Concise Medical Dictionary v4 - kokona,from fenopy torrent.but i don't know how to open the files and use it.it contains of zip,bin and cue files.does anybody can help me?

Just to let you know, Stedman's Medical Dictionaries, which I found here http://www.stedmans.com/ are copyrighted materials.

This is a business establishment. Torrenting their copyrighted materials is illegal. Therefore...
