Hi all;

I get this message when opening ITunes: "Some of your QuickTime software is out of date. You can fix this problem by updating to the latest version." Options then are to "cancel" or "Do it now" If I click on "do it now" the window goes away and then reappears with the same options. If I click on "do it now" a second time, a message appears that it can't connect to the QuickTime server, or it locks up the window. If I click on "cancel" the same window keeps re-appearing. I tried to delete QuickTime from my Add/Remove Programs, and it tells me "Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this install"

Any help would be appreciated before I call in the Geek Squad.
