I know very little about computers, but from what I do know, I got a virus of sorts today. After doing a little research, I found that it is the antivirus soft virus. I followed some instructions on how to remove it including rkill and then running malwarebytes. Malwarebytes didn't pull anything out and my computer kept freezing up. I then entered safe mode and tried to restore my computer to a few days ago. The restore went through and it appears the virus is gone, but again my computer keeps freezing up. I ran Hijack this and have a long list of results, but am hesitant to do anything because I have no idea what I'm doing. Is there anyone out there that would be able to help me with this? Thanks in advance!
