 Please help. I have a very bad virus or worm. It started with that fake "antivirus soft" sending tons of false scans and alarms...

I went into safemode and hit it with adaware, spybot, avg, mcafee, superantispyware. Found lots of stuff and removed.

Now there is no more antivirus soft false alarms, but still getting all these popups that used to never happen.

Please walk me through this.

Warmest regards and much thanks!!!
