Hi there, when i switch my pc on, i sometimes get the message-

Spool32

This programe has performed an ilegal operation and will be shut down.

Spool caused an invalid page fault in module spool32.kxe at 0167:00402015

I dont know what any of this means, but help to resolve it would be great.x

As I understand it, Spool errors usually refer to a printer problem. Reinstalling the printer drivers, or the printing control application, may resolve the problem. If you have the printer's application launching at boot, killing the process would prevent the errors showing up at that time.

Thanks John, i dont use a printer, but i do have one installed. I have removed it from add remove programmes, so do you think this will help.x
