Hi Everyone,

I'm new on this board, this is my first post. I am having a problem updating Windows. When I go to the update page I keep getting the message#0x8DDD0002. Message reads " To install items from Windows Update, you must be logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group". I am running Windows XP SP2. I am on the internet through cable modem. I'm puzzled because I am logged on as Administrator. Does anyone have any ideas what to do about this.
Thanks, Jaycee
