Greetings folks, and can I just say what a great community this is. I've used this forum for really great help just as a guest, by reading existing topics, but now I unfortunately have to post a topic myself!
I've had a few little trojan/ malware niggles over the past few months, and have been able to get rid of the musing Spybot Search and Destroy, Hijack This, Malwarebytes and Killbox. Despite this, the system is still running very slowly with frequent hangs.

In addition, in Firefox and Opera (I don't use IE) every link in a search result from Google is redirected to find-for-you-service.com. This is extremely frustrating, as you can imagine! Just can't seem to shake this.

OK over to you helpful people. I'll provide logs etc. as requested.

info: Thinkpad T41, Windows XP SP2.
