I was wondering if someone could shine some light on my problem. My laptop (vista HP tablet) runs extremely slow (for example, youtube videos slow it down), but I don't think it's a virus because I ran MBAM and AVG scans and nothing showed up. Also, I defraged and used ccleaner and still my laptop was extremely slow. Whenever I look at the task manager, my cpu usage is always around 70%-90%. Am I infected? What can I do to make my computer run smoothly?

thank you

oh no...I spelled sluggish wrong in my title....
