I have server with Xeon CPU and 4 GB Ram FB, Windows Server 2003 R2

I had a problem with Intel Matrix Storage Manager and installed a new version of this program. When i installed it two files in task manager (DBsrv9.exe and SEMSVC.exe) used over 300 MB memory and caused the server works slowly.
I Unistalled that program but that problem has not solved.

Can you give us a little more information about your system? ( i.e. Manufacturer, Antivirus in use, Domain or not )
