I had a lot of problems with my Vista and someone here recommended that I create a new user ID. That works mostly, but I cannot seem to be able to access some programs.

I also cannot access my Favorites in IE 7.0 with the new id even though I can get the emails.

Any suggestions?

Thanks so much for being here!!

Pat

Most probably the other account you have created hasn't got admin rights ! You need to allow the other user acc admin rights !

If life is not an option then why are we not given the option in the first place !

They both have been Admin with full rights. Is there a trick to making the rest of the connection?
