MBAM won't run to rid Antivirus 2010

I have downloaded the MBAM to my desktop but the program won't run. Have Norton "active" and appears to be working but now cannot open that file either. Still getting the popups from Antivirus 2010. Having to use Firefox to access internet because when using IE it seems to put up more popups.

Use ATF Cleaner also:

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

If you use Firefox browser
Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

If you use Opera browser
Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

Notes for Windows Vista users:

On Windows Vista that "Windows Temp" is disabled, to empty "Windows Temp" ATF-Cleaner must be "Run as an Administrator"

Copy/paste the ENTIRE CONTENTS of the scan results into your next reply.
