Pandora or Last.fm

Just trying something new... Wondering if there was any consensus as to which ended up providing the better experience.

I've only used Pandora, but I'll definitely try the other

EDIT: This quick observation
Although they both operate on the same principle, Pandora offers more of a selection of the artist you have chosen
While Last.FM offers a broader selection of the like-minded music genre'

I use Last.FM (it has a Linux version :thumbsup: ). It also "scrobbles" (lists) what I've played on my PC or iPod and suggests new music based on that info.

I use Last.fm because I find it a good way to listen to music.

I used to use Last.fm a lot until CBS bought them out a few years ago. It used to be a great place to go to for free downloads by up-and-coming artists, and established artists who were looking to broaden their appeal. Since the CBS takeover it has become much more commercial and mainstream.

I've tried a lot of them. This is what I settled on:
To err is Human. To blame it on someone else is even more Human.
