I bought the zune premium headphoneshere and it says they have a 1 year warranty. The left side has completely stopped working inside a month. Who would i contact to get a new pair? Amazon, Microsoft, or the people that shipped and sold it?

From the Amazon page it looks like Zune. Thats who I suggest you contact. Hope you kept the packaging. Also is there an implied or purchase warranty you got with Amazon, during checkout? Just curious if they have one as well?

yeah, but it was a 14 day one. Cant return it now XD Hmm, i seem to have everything except the box. Is that er...terribly important?
