I have a user running Windows XP with the Internet Security 2010 fake scanner on it. I was able to stop the fake program from popping up by doing a suggested registry fix. However, I am unable to run Malware Antibytes to do a scan of the PC. I am access it via Remote Desktop. Whenever I run the scan the PC appears to restart. I can provide the latest Hijack This log if needed. Please help.
