hi today i removed vista internet security 2010 from my pc, as soon as i had i could no longer open anything that has a .exe which is practically everything, instead it opens up the "windows can not open this file what would you like to do? use the web or select a program" this happens for every .exe file although if i open thing as an administrator then they open apart from norton 360 which says it cant find the application.
im running vista home premium anything else you need to know please ask

cheers graham

Hey, to anyone else that might be having this problem, as I did too this does not work on vista. On vista, use this site http://filext.com/faq/broken_exe_association.php The fix is somewhere near that bottom :]
